Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YuboGirl, an independent 18+ social discovery website offering profiles, quick matching and live video conversation. By using the service, you agree to them. YuboGirl is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Yubo; Yubo is a trademark of its respective owner.

1. Who may use YuboGirl

You must be at least 18 years old. By entering the experience you confirm that you are an adult and that adult-oriented social services are legal where you live. If you are not 18, leave now — that's what the exit button is for.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, keep your age honest, and don't share or sell your account.

3. Acceptable behavior

Be a decent human. That means no harassment, no hate, no threats, no spam, no scams, no impersonation, no illegal content, and no sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors — ever. Recording or redistributing another user's image, video or conversation without consent is prohibited. Violations can lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant YuboGirl the limited license needed to display and deliver that content within the service. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to share.

5. Paid features

Some features inside the experience may require payment or credits. Prices and conditions are shown before you commit. Purchases are final except where the law says otherwise.

6. What we don't promise

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available, safe and human, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every profile is perfect, or that any conversation will go the way you hope. Other users' behavior is their responsibility; our reporting, blocking and moderation tools exist for exactly that reason — see the safety page.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuboGirl is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Questions live on the contact page, and data handling is covered by the privacy policy.
